Scott Sozio

Scott Sozio, the Co-Owner, and Director of Operations at Four Peaks Roofing, brings over 33 years of construction experience to his role. His journey began as field labor, and he steadily progressed to become a lead superintendent. Much of his knowledge was imparted by his father, Anthony, a successful commercial contractor in Upstate New York. Anthony instilled in Scott the values of hard work, perseverance, and the importance of family. Scott holds the roofing license for Four Peaks Roofing, having accumulated extensive experience in the roofing field. But that’s not all—Scott is also a holder of a Florida state certified general contracting license and a Florida state certified pool license. His commitment to continuous learning is evident through numerous additional certifications, and he is recognized by major roofing manufacturers as a certified installer. Scott’s unique blend of conceptualization skills and material knowledge enables him to make sound judgments and evaluate proper building methods. He excels in coordinating with team members and addressing project issues with local municipalities to secure necessary permits. Beyond work, Scott cherishes time spent with his family, including his son and daughter. When he’s not on the job, you’ll likely find him enjoying the SW Florida lifestyle, whether it’s out on the water or on the golf course.
